This page explains, in plain language, what DokiChat AI collects when you chat with a companion, why we keep it, how long it stays with us and what you can ask us to do with it at any time.

1. 1. Who we are

   DokiChat AI is the entertainment service published at dokichat-ai.net. Wherever this page says “we”, “us” or “the service”, it means DokiChat AI and the team that runs it.

2. 2. Scope of this policy

   This policy covers the DokiChat AI website, the companion chat, billing pages and the emails we send you. It does not cover other sites you may reach through an external link.

3. 3. Age requirement

   DokiChat AI is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly keep information from anyone under that age, and any such account is removed as soon as we learn about it.

4. 4. Account information

   To open a DokiChat AI account we ask for an email address and a password. A display name is optional and can be a nickname.

5. 5. Conversation content

   Messages you exchange with a DokiChat AI companion are stored so the chat can continue later and so your companion can remember what matters to you.

6. 6. Companion memory

   Details you share — a pet, a job, a birthday — may be saved as memory notes attached to your companion. You can view and clear these notes at any time.

7. 7. Technical data

   Like any website, DokiChat AI records the browser type, approximate region, screen size and time of visit so pages load correctly and abuse can be detected.

8. 8. Cookies

   We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your interface settings and measure how many people visit each page of DokiChat AI.

9. 9. Analytics

   Aggregated statistics tell us which sections are used and which are ignored. These reports never contain the text of your conversations.

10. 10. Payment data

    Card numbers never touch DokiChat AI servers. Payments are handled by licensed processors that send us only the result of the transaction.

    We process information to run your account, deliver the chat, prevent fraud, comply with law and improve the DokiChat AI experience.

    Data may be processed in countries other than yours. When it is, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

    Account and chat data stay while your DokiChat AI account is open. After deletion, live copies are removed within thirty days and backups cycle out within ninety.

    Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, access to production systems is limited and logged, and we review our setup regularly.

18. 18. Your access rights

    You may ask for a copy of the personal data DokiChat AI holds about you, in a portable format, free of charge once per year.

    You can correct wrong details from your settings page or ask us to delete your DokiChat AI account entirely.

    Where local law allows, you may object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it while a dispute is examined.

    If a process relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before the withdrawal.

    Occasional product emails can be switched off with the unsubscribe link. Account and billing notices are still sent because they are essential.

    DokiChat AI does not make legally significant automated decisions about you. Fraud signals are always reviewed by a person before an account is closed.

    Any attempt to steer a DokiChat AI companion toward content involving minors is strictly forbidden, blocked automatically and reported where required.

25. 25. Third-party links

    Some buttons take you to partner pages. Once you leave dokichat-ai.net, the privacy rules of that destination apply instead of ours.

    If a security incident affects your data, we will inform affected DokiChat AI members and the relevant authority within the deadlines set by law.

27. 27. Complaints

    You may complain to your local data protection authority, though we would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.

28. 28. Changes to this policy

    When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for significant changes, place a notice inside DokiChat AI before it takes effect.
